Welcome Home Package

The Welcome Home Package was created to allow you to entertain guest and not having to master cleaning and enjoy the fruits of the work. It Includes cleaning the kitchen, living room, dining room and two bathrooms with some additional items.

One Kitchen

Clean and sanitize sink

Polish Chrome

Wipe down counter-tops & Cabinets (outside)

Clean appliances (exteriors)

Clean microwave (interior & exterior)

Load dishwasher (if empty)

Take out trash out/Replace liners

Vacuum/Sweep & Mop Floors

Clean glass patio door

Dining & Living Room

Dust window sills, ledges and wall hangings

Clean light switches,

Pick up and straighten,

Vacuum carpeting,

Dust furniture,

Empty wastebaskets,

Sweep and mop floors.

Two Bathroom

Clean vanity area

Clean & disinfect toilets, tubs & showers/shower door

Clean sinks & counters

Clean mirrors & polish chrome

Sweep and mop floors

Change towels (if left out)

Additional Items

Sweep the Entry to the home

Cleaning the patio door

Vacuum/Sweep & Mop stairway

*Package limitation to the listed specific areas and 2 bathroom. Additional fee applicable for homes over 2000 sq ft to accommodate larger surface areas.

We cannot move furniture or items over 15lbs., but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with a duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step stool.
Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We do not offer chandelier cleaning at extreme heights.
We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.
Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
We do not provide laundry services.
Cleaning Services does not include garage area cleaning.
